The Letter carrier can be calling you for the following reasons:
1. Your address was incomplete & your order could not be delivered.
2. The letter carrier was unsuccessful in delivering your order due to the absence of a recipient.
In both cases, we recommend that you coordinate with the letter carrier to make sure you receive your order.

B. Orders Return

You may return your item if it was not the one you ordered. Please refer to returns & refund policies

C. Our Service

In the first phase, when you place your AliExpress order on LibanPost page, you will be contacted for a free home service to pay at your doorstep in order to proceed.

D. SHOPPING

Step 1:

Open www.aliexpress.com
Choose your item than copy the URL

Step 2:

Click on the link below and paste your URL ax.libanpost.com

Step 3:

You pay online with your Lebanese Card
or we contact you to collect cash from your home/office in LBP,
and we execute the order for you .

Step 4:

Once your package arrives to Lebanon, we deliver it to your doorstep .

When you select your item on AliExpress, you do not have to pick the size and color at this stage. When you will paste it LibanPost page, you will go further in your selection.

E. PAYMENT

We are currently accepting payments in LBP via our Cash Pick up Service or Debit/Credit Cards

Please make sure there is enough money in your card & that all information has been entered correctly. If your card is still not working, contact your bank.

LibanPost currently perceives a delivery fee of LBP 4,500 per order.
